This is unfair sky mobile

 why are sky charging me almost £106 pounds for nothing? 
I paid of my phone bill last month I paid it all of by £160 

it said estimated total £106 

I've paid £54 today. I took out a new phone last week. 
this is is confusing and weird... as I paid of my phone when I got paid.

It is hard to say what is happening from that image but if you took out a new phone then some of this will be related to that.

Can you post the image again but expand the devices section.

So rang up sky, they said I've already paid this months bill so there's no issue. About that maybe it might be there end
