As the above states, just got a new phone, text to say number transferred from EE, but 2 days later, still can't use my new phone.
I don't have time to go through hassle of goign through settings, so if I can't speak to someone, I will return the phone and stay with EE.

If you must, you can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Thanks for assistance, found a number and got through to them.
I have been told there is an issue with the sim provided by SKY and a new one is being sent.
Apologies for offending anyone for daring to make such a comment before my first ever question!
After going through the AI bot who diverted me here eventually, then time spent searching to find others ask the same question with no solution, I did not see any reason to post the same again, especially after having already wasted most of my lunchtime.
