Think I've had Freud calls about my account.

Just been getting calls about my account.  Asking for passwords and email address. Putting my account payments down.  Just worried and really need to speak to someone. Also want to put a complaint in.  Finding so hard to actually speak to someone., so frustrating 😡

Hi @Lcur  this will be a scam that's going round, they promise to reduce your bills then use the account information you give them to order phones. Hopefully you didn't give them any information. If you did then quickly go into your account and change your password. Why do you want to make a complaint ? It's not sky calling you.

These are definitely scam calls so as long as have them no information then your account is safe. The reason they do

this is so they can get get access to order phone and tablets meaning you would be paying for them.
