The signal to my sky phone is very weak this has bene going on for two weeks now

I have a sky SIM card for the past two weeks the signal is very low , it takes ages to connect to the internet all i get is two bars

The signal to my phone is still low tried a few things never had this problem before only in the last two weeks this has been happening
