The screen on my mobile is blank so am unable to use it!!!

My mobile phone screen is blank and I am unable get into the phone. It takes incoming calls

No I haven't tried rebooting it as I haven't got an extraction key but I ordered one so will reboot it tomorrow. Thank you

Hi @susywong22  rebooting a phone just means switch it off then back on.

What phone is it as there's usually a special button press to force a reboot.

Try this @susywong22 

 

If your device is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
