The my sky app does not show my phone contract
Having updated the app it no longer shows me the sky mobile contract
anyone else with the same problem?

I had to change the phone due to damage but now my phone won't show in the app so I can't roll data or look at my bills. I have tried linking the phone again but it says it is already linked but it isn't showing. Can anyone help?

Hi @Kate197 it should be the sim that shows in your account to roll data to ? Are you saying you can't see the sim ?
