The most appalling customer service I have ever had
I first reported a problem with my mum's mobile phone on my account a month ago. I have spent hours and hours on the phone to various call centre people and none of them do what they say they are going to do.
Not one of the people I have spoken to has kept their word - to call back or to solve the issue. I am told it will be escalated and it never is.
How do I actually get anyone who is competent and able to solve the issue. I have made a complaint officially and have heard nothing. My only option is to cancel the contract for the airtime and port the number somewhere else.

Sky should acknowledge your complaint but then have up to 8 weeks to resolve the matter or issue a deadlock letter.
