The app isn’t letting me swap my device

I've had my phone for 2 years, so I am eligible to upgrade and swap my device. I have had an email saying I am able to do this. But when I go to do this on the app, it doesn't work. Can you assist?

Hi @cozzya  you will need to call sky on 150 for help with this, no one here can access your account to help with your swap/upgrade.
