I have a Samsung Galaxy A22 and upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, I could of swapped the A22 but all you get at the end of the contract is about £20 off the contract for the phone, so the only people that are winning is Sky Mobile, because you pay about £300 for it and they buy back for £20, I have now stopped swapping my device because its really not worth it.
So why I say it like your renting the device, if you swap it, Sky get the device back, see what I mean.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou are always paying for the device under credit agreement.
A swap allows the value of the phone to be used to pay off any remaining credit balance. (Subject to timing and condition of the trade in)
If you don't want to swap them continue paying and the item is yours.
The swap scheme allows an 'easy' way to trade in your phone and effectively
extend the term of the contract.

Yes I see, this is my 3rd contract I have had from Sky Mobile, being with Sky for 11 years, I had the Galaxy J5 before the A22, I needed to make my Credit score better so used both contacts(24 Months) and pay both on time so I never mided one so I could get a flagship phone in the future, and it worked... :), I didn't like the A22, its lags and does not respond properly so if you press on a icon or a button you have to do it 2 or 3 times for it loaded a app or respond like if you press on a OK button it would not do it straight away, the Galaxy J5 was the same too, never liked both of them from when I first got them but had to grin and bear it, I new I get a better phone later on, the Flip5 is 10x better and its a lot faster at loading apps, you can see why J5 and A22 are cheaper.
I been with Sky Mobile from its beginning, I was with 3 before that was about 4 years ago(2 contracts 24 months so 4 Years), I was with Three because they were the first mobile company to offer 3G Network in the UK, why they are called 3(Three) and yes I was with Three for a long time.
Sky Mobile is like Tesco Mobile both use O2 network and piggy back of them, I am glad they give the small company's(I know Sky is not small but Sky Mobile is) a chance now, so do not need a Mobile Network to run one now, like electric and gas now and O2 was BT Cellnet years ago, remeber them(PAYG phones).
I had a problem yesterday when I made a call it would say `That number does not exits` every time I dial a number from my contacts, figured it out it was WIFI Calling as soon as I turned it off in my notifications panel I was able to call numbers okay again, very weird... 😞
