Texts Fail To Send

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems with their text messages? Both mine and my wife's phones are failing to send text messages but occasionally the person we send them to gets 5 or 6 repeated messages come through, this has been happening since the last time Sky's network went down 🤔

Update - Spoken to @OllyBoy and their issue being now being managed by our mobile case team 🙂

As an update, since speaking to @Lisa-P1987  and my problem being handed over to the mobile case team, I've heard nothing from them as yet and I'm still having texts failing to send and the recipients receiving them multiple times.
