Text sent is not text person is receiving

When I send a text it changes when the other person receives it. It seems to add in an older previous text too,

I am still having problems. I send a text and the person receiving it is receiving part of that text and it looks like random texts from ages ago too. Very confusing. Not good. Turned phone off and one. Any ideas?
