Having this issue on both phones on my account and we use them both for work! Currently sat in Tesco using their WiFi to sort emails and try to get in touch with Sky.
All well and good having a number to call but not much use when you can’t call it!

Hi I'm in Bristol and unable to use data or apps ? Unless on broadban
Official communication is now out to say the fault is being looked into. They believe it's related in some way to a rather large outage in broadband/phone in the northwest of England right now.
