I cannot send text messages to UK from Slovenia

Yes I have a spend cap set, so that is not the issue.

Any other ideas?

Is it high enough to cover your stay ?

What is happening when you try to text ?

Can you make calls to UK numbers ?

Yes it is plenty high enough, I set it at £20.

When I try to text, the system tries to send for a while and then comes ip with a "failed to send" message.

I have not tried calling anyone in the UK as no need to do so
