Terrible service from sky

Absolute terrible service from sky. After getting cut off 3 weeks ago with no warning, entered a new contract and not been able to use my phone since. Been sent numerous SIM cards and even upgraded my phone with sky because I was told my phone was faulty. Both phones work ok with another sim. Phoned for another sim 7 days ago, nothing arrived.Asked for a sim to be sent priority, 3 days ago nothing arrived.

Rang for a PAC code so I could go somewhere else, was told it would be emailed to me, guess what no email!

Any suggestions

What actually happened here so why did you get cut off and how did you enter into a new contract, did you activate these new sims as a replacement or as a new sim ?

Was told old contract ended, I would have been happy to carry on but was told I needed new contract. Fair enough, so signed up for new contract with the same number. But was told a new SIM card would be sent. Had  4 sims sent , none worked even though they were activated. Then told my phone was faulty. Ordered new one from sky , no different. Now when I ask for new sim they don't get sent. Phoned a few hours ago for pac code to go somewhere else, told I would be emailed within an hour , but guess what no email!

This doesn't seen right to me as a new sim would have a new number as you can not directly move the number between two Sky sims so does the sim the contract was on still work or did they cancel it for you.

So you are now saying that they sent you a replacement sim with the same number to use, so my question above still stands, does the one you had first before the contract finished on it still work ?

Same number, activated it they said sim ok, but dialing out message said number doesn't exist

That's when they suggested that phone was faulty, ordered new phone, no different. Just want a pac code and get away from these jokers!. But they won't even give me that!
