Temporary lock on phone

Good afternoon to all

I've purchased the iPhone 11 for my teenage daughter a few months ago.

I don't want to go into much personal detail here but it does involve a messy divorce and her mum brainwashing my daughter.

I got it for my daughter and have a three year reo conttact on it. She did her mum have taken the phone and changed the number to try and lock me out totally

Firstly. Is it possible to do this as I am the account holder.

Secondly. Can I block the phone? Preferably temporary.

Thank you for your help.

Regards

H

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Xericho  To change the number you don't necessarily need access to the sky account

the mother could have simply swapped out the SIM card for that of another provider with a different number  (sky mobiles are not locked to a single network)

and you can't block the phone
