Set up new iphone 15 and transferred data across from iphone 12 mini. Thats been successful. New mobile has everything from old phone but the number hasnt been transferred so cant call people. Old phone I can make calls. How do I fix this.

Have you moved the SIM from your old phone to new phone?

Hi. Thank you for the reply. I have contacted Sky about this. The issue has been raised with the relevant team and the eSIM will be transferred to my new mobile.
