TWO PHONES SKY LOST

HI ALL I SENT TWO MOBILES BACK TO SKY STILL GETTEING CHARGED FOR THEM THEY HAVE HAD THE FOR 7 WEEK HELP

Were they returned as part of a swap? What have Sky said when you've contacted them about this?

sorry about that there not doing there job properly, they were sending me  to different departments which was annoying.
