I have a TCL20 Pro 5G phone which has been working perfectly with other Mobile provider sim cards.
However, I recently changed to SKY sim and ported my number over. I cannot make or receive calls. If the sim card is put into another type of phone it works.
Would suggest that there is a compatibility issue here. I spent over an hour with some really helpful guys in a SKY shop but they could'nt get it working. Can anyone please help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you know if this phone is unlocked, if it is have you tried sending the network settings to it:
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Yes it's unlocked , I have look in settings and it says sky mobile, voice message tell me EE,unable to connect .
