We have switched to sky from 02 and not received any texts or calls since the PAC code was done, we are told there is an issue with mast, however my daughter is also on sky and has no issues, we have been unable to receive texts and calls since switching nearly 2 weeks ago and just getting told we will need to wait, any suggestions om how to sort this as we also use our phones for work verification codes and hospital appointments we are not receiving
