Hi looking for some help
i switched provider for both sims I held with sky. 1 of my sims has switched to the new provider no issues however the other sim hasn't switched and the account with sky has now cancelled. So at the moment I am in a battle with who can retrieve my number to switch it to the new provider, is it sky or my new provider?
