Switch to sky mobile and first payment

Hi all.

This may be a daft question. I am switching to sky mobile in next month or 2. When I order my new phone and sim when would the first payment go out. Is it say 14 days from date of order baring in mind there is a possible 1 to 2 weeks delivery time at the moment or is it 14 days from when I activate sim and transfer number?

Hi @AndrewH80  you don't start paying until you receive the phone/activate the sim. You aren't charged at the time of order (unless you have an upfront payment).
