Switch and upgrade to existing sky account

Hi I am wanting to switch my wife's out of contract sim (in my name) from EE to my sky mobile account and get her a new phone aswell. Both these are in my name but as the Ee one is now out of contract I want to switch it to sky and get a new phone aswell but I can't work out how to do this as she wants to keep her number aswell.

Buy the Sky sim and phone

Activate the sim when it arrives but do not put it in the phone.

Get pac code from your current supplier

Give Pac code to Sky

When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.

All details match except she has an existing phone ( A TT fone )  YES my account Francis Ellis
