I have a phone with Sky, however my app comes up as saying everything is restricted so i am unable to see if i can upgrade or not. I was looking at Skys swap scheme to see if i could do that however i'm not sure if it would stop my contract for my current phone to move onto a new one. i don't want to unintentionally end up paying off two phones. However im currently paying £60 per month when i can get the newest model for £36 per month.
What can i do???

Find out moreTo get you some help with the restricted message I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
