Swapped my Handset but something missing?

Hi 
I swapped my iPhone 14 pro for a Samsung S23 and it should have come with the samsung buds pro 2 (free). But all that was in box was the New Handset

How do I get the buds???

I believe this offer required you to put them in your basket when ordering the phone.  Did you?

No I didnt as I didn't think you had to?

The terms were clear:

 

Get a free pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro with your order at no extra cost

  1. After you have chosen your data plan, you will be asked if you would like to add an accessory

  2. On this page, select the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro which will appear as £0, then click ‘Add to basket’

  3. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro should then show in the ‘Accessories’ section of the basket at £0

  4. Complete your purchase, and the free pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro will be sent with your phone

 

If you didn't comply then you're at the mercy of Sky but they may not budge.

I was do a swap on handset so I didnt see it

AIUI you still had to add it to your basket during that process.

 

Call Sky on 150 and see if they will help.
