Swap

I’ve received email today that I am able to upgrade my phone however on my account is showing this message: Unfortunately you're not eligible to upgrade your device. Today is 24 months since I purchased my phone. ( swap after 24 months ) 

How can I upgrade?

Once you've chosen the device you'd like to swap to give Sky a call (dial 150 free from your current Sky mobile) and an agent can place the order for/with you.
