Swap upgrade

Hi I got a new phone with swap . I haven't received the postage sleeve or instructions to post old back will be nearly 14 days now

Hi @Joannyuill93  its normally the packaging the new phone arrived in with the instructions on the inside. If you no longer have this then you need to call sky on 150 to ask for new to be sent.
