Hello,
can anyone help?
I sent my old phone back under the swap scheme and Royal Mail have confirmed that sky have recieved my device on 9th February. Sky haven't confirmed anything and I have called twice to be advise just wait and it'll update on you my sky app. - but it still shows like I haven't sent it back.
any help would be great!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have tracking via Royal Mail then give Sky a call on your mobile via the free 150 number and give then the tracking information as they should be able to update your account for you to show that it has arrived.

I have called twice and given the tracking to both employees. They checked the Royal Mail tracking and confirmed "yes" we can see it's been recieved. And told me on both occasions to wait for it to be processed, but seems to be taking a while.
I guess I'll give it another week and see what happens.

Have you heard anything yet? I sent two phones back delivered to Sky on 22 Feb one phone processed same day and the other nothing! Its a shambles
