I recently swapped my phone, I sent back my old device on 27th December. With new year I thought maybe it could take a while longer. Ive checked the royal mail tracking and it says it was delivered on 29th December.
Yet on my account its not been received and its still in my list of devices I'm paying for, plus I have just been charged for my new and old device for this month.

Find out moreIt can take 2-3 weeks for the phone to be received in once it has arrived so while you will be paying for it in the meantime once it has been booked in and inspected you will not lose out as any overpayment should be paid back by the way of a credit.
