Swap on mobile has been done.
I did a swap on one of the mobiles on my account. Can we claim the money back from the swap.

Hi @Sue1064 if you did a swap then the residual value is used to pay the remainder of the contract on that phone, anything left over is added to your account as credit and goes towards paying future bills. Any shortfall must be paid on the next bill.
