Swap my phone for an upgrade but it's not work so now have to pay for 2 iPhones how do I get the upgrade to work now the phone is on order

What do you mean the upgrade hasn't worked ?
If you are paying for 2 phones then it because the phone you sent back to Sky still has an amount on on it that has to be paid off.

No problem have gone though the upgrade and it's not gone on the account has a upgrade it's gone on as a new device
