Hi: I. recently returned my swap device as part of the Sky Swap Programe,but have not recieved confirmation that the swap has been processed. I have rang customer service 3-5times with no joy .. last person I contact with was Prieeti agent ...she advised me it will all be sorted and spoke to her Manager I still waiting for update ... on the Status ..On my account it still shows as Normal...
how long will I have to wait to get a answer ...This is not very good customer service ....
