Swap apple pen for different model

I recently got an IPad 10th gen and the Apple Pencil 2 as an add on accessory. 

the pencil is incompatible with the iPad and I wish to return it and swap it for a different model that will work, such as the apple pen usb 

is this possible to do? I have already received a return pre paid envelope.

You would not be able to swap it but what you might be able to do is to return it, be refunded then order yourself the replacement one so you would need to call Sky to start the return process and when you do make sure you get and keep proof of posting when you do sent it off.
