Hi,

Looking at swapping my daughters phone out for a new one, but she isn't at the home address all the time - so when we get the new phone - how long do we have to send back the old phone as part of the swap process?

Hi @WildBob once you get the new phone you have 14 days to return the old one.

You can also use the packaging the new phone comes in to return the other one as there should be a small return label on the inside of it somewhere that you can use.

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending it off so it can be tracked.
