Anyone else struggling to get their PAC or is it just my account. Rang SKY but they are unable to generate a PAC due to a system error. They have logged it with the back office team and will get back to me in 3-5 days.
Texting PAC to 65075 doesn't work as I have mutiple sims on my account.
Doing it on mysky also gives the following error " We're sorry, there has been a problem. Sorry, we can't process your request online at the moment."
I'm trying to get this sorted as soon as possible so I'm not paying for 2 contracts.
O2 offered me 40GB for £8 and 80GB for £10 and decided to take both. Sky were unable to match or get close to these deals.

All sortes now. Received a call from the PAC rejections team earlier who provided me with my PAC over the phone.

I rang sky earlier and they were also struggling to generate the PAC. They have escalated to the back office team and said it could take upto 5 working days to fix.
