Strong signal but data doesn’t work

Hi all,

 

I've had a Sky SIM for a couple of years now and no issues. 
Since beginning of December 2023, the majority of times I leave home my data doesn't work at all. I have signal and can make calls and texts from my iPhone (excluding iMessages), but data doesn't work at all.

 

ive tried resetting my network settings and following all guidance from Sky but the issue persists. No network issues in my area either.

as above, its not every single time I leave, but probably about 3/4 times. It's very frustrating.

 

if I turn my phone off and on again, data momentarily works again..

 

any ideas?

Have you tried having the network settings sent again to the phone.

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Yes @caesarome, I've done that a number of times with no luck.

Is anyone else able to help?

 

please read my first message - I have already done network settings, reboots, airplane mode, APN settings, switching SIM out etc.

if Sky's so-called 'virtual assistant' suggests it, I've already done it and it led me here.
