Stop your customer Services staff for asking for 9/10 out of 10 reviews

Can you please ask your staff for asking for top rated reviews please. Two reasons

1 - It is disingenuous and actually makes we want to mark them down for the request. So in the end I never bother.

2 - Its pointless asking for a review/mark until the end to end enquiry is sorted. Example I upgraded my iphone. First one to arrive was wrong phone. Next day had to go through the whole cancellation process and re-ordering again only to find they have delivered the correct phone but to the wrong address. Now going through the whole process yet again. In summary each person I have spoken to would get a poor score for their errors but I can't see the errors until it is too late. 

I have now cumulatively spent 90 mins on calls to spend money with Sky and the latest call they are having a technical glitch after another 27 min call meaning they need to call me back and start the WHOLE process yet again.

Currently your whole mobile business is 0/10.

You're not contacting Sky here... This is customer to customer forum...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
