Stolen phone reported and received replacement phone but sim not activated

I reported my phone stolen Saturday morning and received new phone on Monday. Sim not working and doesn't appear to be activated

Did you activate it (as a replacement)?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

When did you activate it as usually it should take a matter of seconds to start working once you have done this.
