Stolen Macbook

I bought a MacBook from sky but unfortunately it was stolen from the Qurier before delivery so my question is can sky block the device so that nobody can use it ?

I presume you mean the courier. So was an empty box delivered to you?

@Daniel0210 Yh they delivered it to my neighbours and from them i got an empty cardboard box only nothing inside. I asked them they said that's what they delivered to us.

DPD don't usually leave it with a neighbour if you're out. You need to call Sky who will start an investigation along with DPD. 

No need to contact the Police. You aren't the victim of a theft as it was never in your possession to have it stolen.

@Daniel0210  Yh i did it and they raise a investigation with DPD. But they haven't blocked the devices so anybody can use it. But my concern is does sky can block MacBook or not ?
