Still paying for my phone only contract even though my contract has finished

My 2 year phone only contract ran out in September 2025 once I had made the last payment 

however I logged into my account to see I am still getting charged £25 a month even though I cannot see what for.

i have had email

confirmation stating my contract has finished and my monthly payments are now £0 however a few days ago £25 was taken from my bank.

i have had no email or anything to state I have go onto a new contract or anything stupid like that, as I have paid off the phone.

i am confused

What shows on next months bill do you still see a charge for it, if so you will have to speak to Sky on 150 about this.

If you have a dataplan then that continues even if the device has been paid in full.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
