I activated my new sim and have the confirmation email, text message and message on the app to reassure me of this. As well as being able to text and use my data.
The app is still asking me to activate the sim card before my billing can be sorted.
Is there a delay in the activation on the app or is there a simple way to resolve this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSometimes activation does appear to get stuck so I would like it until tomorrow and if it says the same either call Sky from another phone or contact them via their social media sites, links to which are at the bottom of this page.
