Still being charged for returned item

I purchased a watch for my granddaughter which wasn't suitable but I'm still being charged and it's showing on my list of mobiles

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

When did you return it as it can take the company that handles the returns up to 3 weeks to receive it into stock so if it has been more than this give Sky a call so they can look into this for you.
