Speak or chat to Sky about mobile upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my phone, which isn't quite out of contract yet, and would like to speak to someone as I have some questions about how this works. I cannot find anyway of talking or chat or even email to contact sky about this. 

 

Suggestions please.

The number to call Sky on is 150 but you will have to battle with the bot so are you questions we can answer for you on here to save you the call ?

@xh28 If you are using a Sky mobile sim then just dial 150 from your phone, you can speak to customer service then.

Hi my names kyle scoullar I am trying to upgrade but it's not allowing me to on my app it's saying my mobile is in repair but it's not as am using it right now typing this message so I need help to sort this problem out.

You'll need to call Sky and explain that. Just dial 150 free from your current Sky mobile.,
