Moved my hubbys' mobile over to Sky a few months ago. He brought his mobile number across from old supplier but a few times, when I've texted him on the number he brought across, when he replies it comes from the number he originally had with Sky. How do we fix this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Nicola-13 if this is an iPhone go to settings, phone, my number and check the correct number is stored there, if not then update it then exit and reboot your phone.

@63johnw it is an iphone and you are correct, the wrong phone number is displayed. We've tried to change it to the correct number but it won't save.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt might be worth ordering a replacement sim as that should come with this number on it, if you have more than one sim on your account then make sure you order it against the correct one:
