Somebody is using my email to set up a Sky Mobile ID and Account

Somebody is using my email address to create a Sky ID account and order a device. Has anybody ever dealth with this? I can't get ahold of anybody at Sky to cancel this order.

It might be that they have made a mistake when entering their email address hence you getting emails about their order which I presume what is happening. Have they used your payment details do you know ?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
