Migrating across from EE to sky was the easyish bit, the original device sent wasn't working properly on my banking app so I was sent another device. Great!!! Or so I thought. Can a none tell me why I would be charged for 2 devices. When Ive only got one. Thanks

Tell us more about this, did you call Sky about this because it could be that you have either ended up ordering a second device or the returned one hasn't been processed yet which will mean you will continue to be billed for it until it is.
