Sky

Got a sky tablet in the mail it came broken in the package. It turns on but there's no service and there's almost no direction on the website. 
the company phone number I find isn't even in the states. So of course can't speak to customer service. 
what do I do

I'm afraid you are on the wrong website if this is a Sky Tablet you purchased in the USA as we here are helping people who customers of Sky a UK based TV and Broadband company.
