Last week I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 14 Plus. I enquired if my old broken phone was worth trading in. Sky told me my old iPhone was worth £0. Do I still need to return it. I’d like to keep it if I can. I have not received anything to return it in.

Hi @PunkyJase67 if you did a swap then sky will want your phone back, if you upgraded without swapping then your phone doesn't need to be sent back

Hi. I'm not sure how this works. I didn't get an offer of any money back on my old device as it is broken. Also I have not received anything to return the old device in or where to send it to.

Did you agree to send your phone back @PunkyJase67 as part of the upgrade ? If you aren't sure call sky on 150 so they can confirm. If you didn't agree to send your phone back then you simply upgraded without the swap.

Usually to return a phone you use the packaging the new one came in as the return label is on the inside of it somewhere.
