On Wednesday 4th September 2024 my mobile stopped working properly and I could neither make or receive calls. I found an online Sky site re mobile connection and logged this. I got a text from Sky saying they were doing essential maintenance work in my area (Otley, West Yorkshire) that would cause problems with my mobile but that all issues would be resolved by Tuesday 10th September at 8pm. It is now 8.50pm on 10th and I still can't make calls, bars on my phone all empty. I no longer have a landline and I am elderly. There have been no further text updates about this issue. This isn't acceptable and I feel vulnerable when I can't make calls. Tomorrow I will have to use someone else's phone to call Sky about this.
