I have ordered my new device using the sky swap scheme returning my old iphone 13 for the newer iphone 15 pro max. I have been offered £175 for my iphone 13 on the swap scheme which I was happy with, but after having a look around I can get £275 from it elsewhere online. My new device should arrive tomorrow and just wondering if I decide not to send my old phone back as I can get £100 more for it elsewhere will I have to send the new phone back or will I carry on paying for both phones? Can I sell the old one and pay off the remaining credit agreement or will the generate whats left on it soon as I get the new phone?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @JamieD234 if you have decided not to complete the swap you will need to call sky on 150 to inform them. You can then continue paying for both, sell your old phone elsewhere then use that to pay off the balance if that's what you want to do.
Edit. Just to add the balance if you don't swap but continue with the upgrade is added to the next bill.
