Retuned my old swap device on 24th with the packaging and label provided but tracking has not progressed past "we've got it" on Royal Mail.

Is it a bit slow processing because of the new iPhone release or should it have been delivered by now?

It takes anywhere between 2-3 weeks to process these returned devices I'm afraid as it isn't a quick process.
